{"id":3862,"date":"2018-04-19T10:53:11","date_gmt":"2018-04-19T08:53:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/objectware.fr\/?p=3862"},"modified":"2019-03-27T09:34:18","modified_gmt":"2019-03-27T08:34:18","slug":"spotlight-on-ismail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/objectware.preprod.concept-image.fr\/en\/spotlight-on-ismail\/","title":{"rendered":"Spotlight on Ismail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>This month, Ismail explains how he arrived at Objectware.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After being awarded his Baccalaureate in Experimental Sciences in 2005, Ismail decided to study electronics\/physics at university.<br \/>\nTwo years in, he realised he was more interested in professional, hands-on training.<\/p>\n<p>In 2009, Ismail was awarded his first professional diploma in technical IT development at the Institut Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 de Technologie Appliqu\u00e9e Ben M\u2019Sik. He continued his studies in Information System Engineering and was ultimately awarded a Masters-level diploma in Software Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010, he started his career as a Web Developer at ACTIGLOB, where he was responsible for building native PHP websites and websites using CMS such as dotnetnuke and prestashop.<br \/>\nIn 2012, he joined BNP Paribas M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e IT as an Engineering and cobol mainframe Development Engineer, and was promoted to Applications and BackUP Manager for several applications (securities, package products and e-payments).<\/p>\n<p>As an application manager, his responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drawing up operational and technical specs<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up MIA sheets (Macroscopic Impact Assessments)<\/li>\n<li>Modelling via RSM 7.5<\/li>\n<li>Developing, maintaining and conducting tests across all third-party maintenance applications<\/li>\n<li>Operational and technical analysis and studies<\/li>\n<li>Estimating figures and running calculations for update requests and internal projects<\/li>\n<li>Technical and operational consultancy for clients<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and assisting new employees in the field<\/li>\n<li>Production follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with budgets, turnaround times and project quality plans<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up estimate reports for updates<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up testing plans via HPQC<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring acceptance testing for deliverables alongside project management<\/li>\n<li>Assessing and correcting PRODUCTION and VALREC incidents (acceptance testing environments)<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing restrictions in place for emergency corrections to PROD incidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In late 2016, he decided to leave Morocco and embark on a new adventure with Objectware.
